Elhaus Non-Selvedge Denim Review
Jul 17, 2014

Elhaus sent us a pair of their mass market non-selvedge denim to review recently.

Most mass market pairs would skimp on details to provide the consumer with the bare essentials. A stripped down version of their higher end models typically. Interestingly enough, this doesn’t seem to be the case with the Elhaus non-selvedge. The details I’ve indicated in the video have left me wondering how time consuming it must have been to construct a pair to this standard and yet sell it for a mere USD$65.

The pair is not without faults, for example, you can’t expect the best fabric or the best dye used. The leather patch is thick but it isn’t something to shout about either. However, in this price bracket, these are some serious contenders! The fabric is constructed in a mill in Indonesia and the pocket bags are real wabash fabric.

If you’re interested in a pair, have a look at this video review first.
